LH Tentative Event Post State

LH Tentative Event Post State lets you mark an event as tentative. A tentative event gets a label after its title and a message at the top of its page (both set under Settings, Reading), and the label is added to its entry in iCal feeds. Works with GatherPress and The Events Calendar events, with a toggle in the block editor sidebar.
