And a core part of a web operatings system is running membership driven organisations, that is where we come in!
The core technology is a LAMP tack running WordPress but the reason WordPress runs 25% of the internet because with it you can do almost anything with plugins. And the LocalHero infrastructure is powered by 50 modular WordPress plugins, becasue the average user doesn’t care what is running the system, just that it works.
But ends and means are both important ande as such all of the code that runs LocalHero wil be open sourced and available in the WordPress repository. So far 24 plugins have been released and can be viewed here:
