LH BuddyPress Live Content keeps a BuddyPress site’s member-facing details up to date without a page reload: the signed-in member’s avatar shows a notification badge with their unread count, online status is reflected on avatars, and invitations and who’s-online information are refreshed in the background.
The badge works with any theme. Its size and colours can be changed with CSS custom properties (--lh-bp-live-content-badge-size, --lh-bp-live-content-badge-background, --lh-bp-live-content-badge-border, --lh-bp-live-content-badge-color), or with a theme’s own rules.
