As the president of a membership organisation I was frustrated by the the software available to run my organisation. Sure there was a lot of products around. But I wanted something that worked intuitively, and plenty didn’t.
There were some commercial software that was good but unfortunately their business model involved lock in and owning my members. The alternative was obvious build a better membership platform and base it on open principles. The amount of work involved was enormous but thankfully I based it on WordPress so with the help of 25% of the internet we now have a beta product and very shortly we wil be offering it to other organisations
