Add one CalDAV account, on your home site. Your profile screen on any other site says which site that is and links to it.
iPhone, iPad and Mac
- On your home site’s profile screen, create an application password.
- Download the setup profile from the same screen and install it from Settings, or add the account by hand: Settings, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add CalDAV Account, with your home site’s address, your username and the application password.
- Your calendars appear in Calendar, and any task lists in Reminders. Use the Calendars button to show or hide each one on that device.
Android and GrapheneOS
Install DAVx⁵ (free on F-Droid), add an account with your home site’s address, username and application password, and tick the calendars to sync. They then appear in your calendar app (Google Calendar, Samsung Calendar, Etar or Fossify Calendar); task lists sync to Tasks.org or jtx Board. Organisation calendars added later may need ticking in DAVx⁵.
What you can do from the phone
- Add, change and delete events and to-dos in your own calendars and task lists.
- Make new calendars and task lists, rename, recolour and reorder them, and delete them.
- Organisation calendars are read-only: events are changed on the organisation’s site. Replying to events from the phone, and sending invitations, are planned for a later release.
