Replaces a theme’s plain Edit link with a More link that opens a small menu of actions for the post: Edit and Delete for people allowed to use them, and anything other plugins add to the menu. Visitors with nothing in the menu see no link at all.
Themes can show it with the More link block, for example in a post’s footer inside a Query Loop, or by calling lh_more_modal(). The link is left out of printouts.
