LH Force Lowercase Urls

Redirects any front-end URL containing uppercase letters to its lowercase form with a 301, so mixed-case links and typed addresses resolve to one canonical URL. The scheme, host and path are lowercased; the query string, the final path segment when it looks like a filename, and percent-encoded characters are left exactly as requested. Admin, AJAX and REST requests are never redirected. The status code is filterable with lh_force_lowercase_urls_status_code_filter.
