• Tasks list screen — standard WP list table for the lh_tasks-task_post post type, filterable by native post_status via WP’s usual status quicklinks, plus a custom workflow-status filter dropdown. Queue, Task Type, Status, and Assigned admin columns. The Assigned column shows the current claim holder (assignee) if claimed, or the hard assignment (assigned_to) if assigned-but-not-yet-claimed, or an em-dash if neither.
• “Outstanding Tasks” dashboard widget — shows the 5 oldest tasks in an open (non-terminal) workflow status, linked to their edit screens.

Admin menu placement

If lh-crm is active, the Tasks admin screen nests under lh-crm’s Contact Forms menu (to avoid adding another top-level admin menu item). If lh-crm is not active, Tasks gets its own top-level admin menu. This is decided once, at CPT registration time (init), not re-evaluated live during the request.
