Adds post type archive links to the navigation block. Every post type with an archive now appears in the block editor's link inserter as a variation (for example Events archive), with its address worked out by WordPress each time the page is shown, so links keep working if an archive's address changes; if a post type no longer has an archive, the link is not shown. The link is marked current, with aria-current, on that archive. Classic menus keep working as before, and their current-item highlighting now actually works: it compared against a stored ID that was always 0. Also: the plugin no longer wraps its class in a class_exists guard, translations load under the correct text domain, the admin box output is escaped, the version is read from the plugin header, and the header gains License, Requires at least and Requires PHP.
