Where LH MCP Adapter Extensions is active they take an optional site_id to read another site you belong to, with install_plugins checked on that site. Calls without site_id are unchanged.

LH_Polls::return_plugin_version() reads the Version header of lh-polls.php (cached per request) instead of a hard-coded ‘1.0.12’, which 1.1.0 left stale, so the poll stylesheet and scripts are cache-busted on every release.
