LH_Polls_Post_Types is trimmed to CPT registration, meta-box registration wiring, the shared should_save_poll_meta() guard, poll deletion cleanup, publish validation, and the poll_is_open() helper. Pure mechanical extraction, no behavioural change. Version bump 1.0.10 -> 1.0.11 in plugin header and LH_Polls::return_plugin_version().
