Theming, handles and filters

The bar is a div with the id lh_navigation_listener-nav, inserted as the first child of body only in standalone display mode, and marked aria-hidden. While a navigation is in progress the script adds the class lh_navigation_listener-navigating to body.

Colours

Set these custom properties anywhere they inherit to the bar, for example on :root:

• --lh-navigation-listener-track: the bar background (default #222).
• --lh-navigation-listener-bar: the moving indicator (default #fff).

Handles and filters

• Script handle lh_navigation_listener-script (deferred, footer) and style handle lh_navigation_listener-style (inline CSS only, no file). Both are enqueued on wp_body_open, so they load only on front-end pages the theme renders. Dequeue the style handle to take over all styling in the theme.
• lh_navigation_listener_return_inline_css: filters the inline CSS. Return an empty string to print none.
• lh_navigation_listener_init_plugin: return false to stop the plugin loading.
