First release. LH idb-keyval provides the idb-keyval IndexedDB library (6.3.0) once for every plugin on the network, so LH plugins share one copy instead of each loading their own. It registers the library as the idb-keyval script module at init priority 0: a plugin lists idb-keyval as a dependency of its own module and imports from it. Service workers, which cannot use import maps, load an unminified classic build from LH_Idb_Keyval::get_umd_url(), which defines the idbKeyval global. The plugin version tracks the library version. Both builds ship unminified with the library's Apache-2.0 licence. The plugin also holds the canonical shared fallback snippet (snippets/lh-idb-keyval-fallback.php), which consuming plugins copy verbatim so they still work when this plugin is inactive: each then registers its own bundled copy, a Site Health recommended test lists the plugins doing so and flags differing versions, and each such plugin's row on the Plugins screen notes the bundled version. There are no settings, admin notices or debug-log output.
