LH Governance Documents gives a community organisation a proper home for its governance documents: its constitution, policies, procedures, codes of conduct and terms of reference. Instead of pages with adoption and review dates typed into the text, each document records when it was adopted and amended and when it is next due for review, and the right people are reminded when that review comes around.

- A Governance documents post type, grouped by document type, where a document such as a procedure can sit under the policy it implements.
- Records who approves each document, when it was adopted, every amendment, how often it is reviewed and, for a constitution, when it was registered with the regulator.
- Works out each document’s next review date and keeps it up to date as amendments are recorded.
- A Review due list in the admin, and BuddyPress notifications to each document’s owner when a review is coming up or overdue.
- An index block listing documents by type, showing each only to those allowed to read it, including members-only and confidential documents with LH Membership.
- A details block and a single-document template that show these dates on every document.
Requirements
WordPress 6.7 or later. Review reminders need BuddyPress with notifications active. The single-document template needs a block theme, or a hybrid theme with block template support.
