The 0.5.1 fix turned on the post type’s feeds setting, but WordPress always turns that setting off for a post type without an archive, so it had no effect. The plugin now registers the single-document feed rule itself, built from the feeds registered on the site, and flushes the rewrite rules once on each site when it next loads, so no manual step is needed. Governance documents still have no archive page.
