Each question's link now points at the page the FAQ sits on (the containing post's permalink) instead of the address of whatever request rendered it. Before, a FAQ rendered anywhere other than its own page view linked to the wrong place: an MCP or REST call gave links to the API endpoint, a page reached with tracking parameters copied them into every link, and feeds, llms-full.txt or another page's query loop pointed at themselves. The current request URL is now only a fallback when there is no post, and is built with is_ssl() and the Host header rather than by hand. An FAQ list with no items now shows just "There are no faq items" instead of dumping the internal query object into the page. The details element's name attribute and each question link are now escaped. The version moves from 1.02 to 1.3.0, the next semantic version above it.
