LH Customer Relationship Management

LH Customer Relationship Management (lh-crm) gives a community organisation contact forms and a simple enquiry inbox, built on WordPress and BuddyPress rather than a separate SaaS CRM. Every form submission becomes an enquiry record that staff can track from New through to Closed, and the person who got in touch becomes a real member account on the site.

Why it exists

Most contact-form plugins send an email and forget. For a club or community group, an enquiry is usually the start of a relationship: someone asking to join, to volunteer, or to play. LH CRM keeps those enquiries on the organisation’s own site, linked to the person’s member profile, so nothing depends on one volunteer’s inbox and the history stays with the organisation.
