LH Feed WP was rebuilt and renamed LH Content Ingest 2.0.0, and the action it fires for each image on an imported item was renamed from lh_feed_wp_process_source_feeds_item_image to lh_cont_ing_item_image with the same arguments, so this plugin now listens on the new name.
