Adds a small button modifier class, bp-localhero-button-small, that any pack button can use. It sets only size: the theme's small font size preset (or 0.875em when the theme has none) and em padding that follows it, while colours, font, weight, case and corner radius still come from the theme's button styles, so it works with block and classic themes alike. Notification Read, Unread and Delete buttons now use it and sit side by side, without the stray | separator between them.

Notification Read, Unread and Delete buttons now work. Each row's buttons are POST forms to the notifications screen's canonical URL, carrying the action, the notification ID and core's nonce in the body, and are handled by the pack before core (bp_localhero_theme_action_notification), which redirects back to the screen with 303 See Other and a success or error notice.
