The notification badge on the member's avatar is round again when the avatar sits inside WordPress's Site Logo block (as in a header built from core blocks). Core's Site Logo styles make links inside the block inherit the block's corner radius, which beat the badge's own rounding and turned it into a square. The badge's rounding now uses a slightly more specific selector so it always wins; nothing else about the badge changes, and sites can still restyle it with the custom properties or their own rules.

The notification badge and popover now come with the plugin: a generic stylesheet, loaded only for signed-in members since the badge is only ever added for them, with the badge's size and colours adjustable through CSS custom properties.
