Fixed PHP warnings on the group Report screen and the report shortcodes when a member list arrived as bare user IDs instead of user objects ("Attempt to read property ID/user_email/display_name on int"). Every list is now normalised to user objects with get_userdata() before the table, email link and SMS link are built, so filters such as lh_bg_reports_field_output always receive a user object. A group with no members now shows an empty report instead of failing on count(false).

The member report shortcodes are now restricted to BuddyPress moderators. [lh_buddypress_group_report], [lh_buddypress_group_listing] and [lh_buddypress_group_multi_members] output nothing unless the current user has bp_moderate (filterable via lh_bg_reports_user_can_view_reports), because they show member names, emails and phone numbers and previously ran for anyone who could view the page. Fixed [lh_buddypress_group_multi_members] returning every group when a format or night filter matched nothing (an impossible empty check, and an undefined variable when only night was given), which also raised an undefined array key warning.
