The publish-only rule for feeds now applies only to list feeds (site, archive, taxonomy and post type feeds), so archived posts stay out of those, while a single post’s own feed follows that post’s normal visibility.

The settings editor saves a single paragraph without its tags (it expects them to be added when shown), so the message appeared as loose text above the post content. It is now passed through wpautop() before display, as the classic editor intends; messages that already have paragraphs are unchanged. Lh-tasks #149194.
